Majella

Hello! My name is Majella Toale. I set up Hollywood Stars Speech and Drama after achieving distinctions in my Grade 8 Gold Medal Speech and Drama and Public Speaking exams with New Era. I wanted to set up a school that promotes a fun way of exploring drama through games and poems, while also boosting other interpersonal skills such as confidence, imagination and communication. We achieve this by entering students for exams, feis, and held a summer scheme with a performance at the end of the week. I am trained in safeguarding children and vulnerable young adults and hold up to date first aid. My goals for the year ahead include hosting a winter show and to continue to provide all students with a receptive, open environment for learning.

Cara

Hi! I am Cara-Rose, a teacher at Hollywood Stars. I have achieved distinctions in both Grade 8 Speech and Drama, Public speaking, and Acting. I have loved drama all my life; I started classes aged four. My favourite type of performance would be musical theatre, which I hope to study in university. I study Theatre Studies at A-Level in Sacred Heart Grammar School. I have performed in many local musical productions such as Guys and Dolls, Bugsy Malone, Legally Blonde, Footloose and The Wizard of Oz. I also enjoy singing and dancing which help me alongside my performing skills. I can't wait to teach all the students at Hollywood Stars and I am eager to expand our student's communication and performance skills.

 

Cadhla

Hi, my name is Cadhla Gribben and I am new to Hollywood stars. I have been involved in drama and other aspects of the arts, such as dancing from a young age. I have achieved Grade 7 in both my Speech and Drama and Acting grades. As well as this, I have completed my GCSE in drama and I am currently studying A Level Theatre Studies at Sacred Heart Grammar School. Throughout my years of being involved in acting, I have taken part in many plays and musicals through stage schools and my secondary school; for example, Guys and Dolls. I am very eager to join the amazing team at Hollywood stars and get to meet the talented children.
